Break in Transmission

Dear Readers,

Yesterday, my laptop died. I was happily typing away when the screen blacked out, and it hasn't awoken since. The laptop had been with me four years and served me well, so I am not entirely disenchanted (and to be honest, it had been showing me signs of an impending end for some time).

What this, however, means is that -- while I work on procuring a new laptop and battle to recover my data from the hard drive -- I will not be able to post new content for a little while. Unfortunate that my 2016 blogging begins this way, but we shall overcome.
