I chose you first (A response)

Beau read this poem and wrote this in response:

Yeah... This is my real "fairy-tale" whisper
Back when you didn't even notice me, I chose you...
When you thought I was cool to be in the friend-zone, I chose you...
When I felt broken that you turned down my stretched-forth hand, it was you I saw in the dark...
And when you finally had an epiphany about me, you still had my heart!
And sixty years from now when your hairs are all grey and your skin shrivelled, You'll still be the beautiful Lami my heart chose in sept '13...
Way before you noticed me...
It's not like I have a choice in the matter...
And even if I did! I'd still choose you!
